District  III  Game  Reschedule  Form

To reschedule a game simply fill out the form below and submit it.
The team requesting the reschedule fills out this form.
Games for the President's Cup take precedence over League games
and therfore the reschedule is mandatory. No other game reschedules are mandatory.

Both teams have to agree to a reschedule date and time. It is inappropriate to wait until the end of the season to see if a rescheduled game should be played.

Reschedule dates should be established before the date of the game being rescheduled.
