TOPSoccer

Dear participant,

Congratulations on your decision to participate in the WSYSA TOPSoccer/District III Disciplinary Alternative Program!

This letter is intended to give you a list of your responsibilities to complete your required duties. You have three (3) weeks from meeting with the Disciplinary Committee to complete these duties, including participating in a TOPSoccer session.

  • If you are a player, you must apply for a Risk Management Number IMMEDIATELY. This process may take a few days so it is important to get this done as soon as possible. Go online to complete this form.http://sda.bonzidev.com/sda/registration/register_volunteer.php

  • The volunteer is required to forward the confirmation letter they receive from WSYSA in regards to their RMA Clearance to the District III Disciplinary Committee at disciplinary3@district-3.org and the TOPSoccer Director at TOPSoccer@district-3.org.

  • As soon as you are RMA cleared you may begin your volunteer sessions.

  • Attend the TOPSoccer Session to which you are assigned. Be there a minimum of 15 minutes prior to start time.

  • Submit your written report on what this experience has meant to you, within 48 hours of completion of your final session to the District III Disciplinary Committee at Disciplinary3@district-3.org.

  • You may play in your league games while you are actively participating in the Program. Abuse of this privilege will require your re-appearance in front of the District III Disciplinary Committee.
